Amanda’s hair journey began in 2007. After she graduated High School she enrolled in beauty school and began working on clients in 2008.

After 14 years of experience in both private and corporate owned salons, Amanda opened Moonflower Salon in December 2021.
Amanda specializes in vivid color.

“I love doing fun colors for people! The techniques and all the colors make the possibilities truly endless! I've had clients of all ages that get fashion colors and they’re able to do it in a way that is suitable for a more professional environment.”

Amanda has been a resident of Myerstown most of her life, where she lives with her husband, two children, a Boston Terrier, and three Pugs. In her spare time, she likes to do puzzles, aerial yoga, fabric dyeing, crocheting, gardening, bullet journaling and lots of reading.

She currently resides in Mt Gretna with her husband and two cats. She has an adult son and a granddaughter.​
